Artichokes are so amazing. I love them stuffed with breadcrumbs or steamed with a lemon dip, but the part that makes it all great is the heart. My uncle used to distract you when an artichoke hit your plate and he’d sneakily steal the heart but you wouldn’t know it until you got down to it – nooooooo! Hahaha!
