After 20 years of creating my menus, I gathered all of the recipes, menu plaques, and ideas I have been crafting since 1995 and put them in one easy-to-use, fun-to-read book. It’s my first (of many to come) culinary love letter to the movies.

In 1995, I hosted a casual Oscar® viewing party that has become a highly anticipated annual event featuring my wacky twists of Academy Award®-nominated Best Picture movie titles transformed into meal extravaganzas. Over the years, the menu has become even more entertaining than the show!
