There’s nothing you won’t love about S’Amours – Version D’Une, Joe’s preferred recipe for our homage to Amour.
Ingredients: 12 oz. dark chocolate chips, 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, 1 1/2 cups graham cracker chips (or chopped up graham crackers)
Directions: Place chips in a bowl and melt in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour graham cracker chips and marshmallows into a large bowl followed by the chocolate. Fold all together. Spread onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet, about 1″ thick. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, press down and create as many hearts as you can. Done!
