THE RULES TO MAKING OUR MENU:
1) We use ALL of the best picture nominated films for dishes.
2) There must be at least one appetizer, main course, side dish, salad, and dessert.
3) The dish must sound like or be a riff on the actual title. For example, we did Philomena as Philetmignon and last year’s Grand Budapest Hotel as Grand Budapesto Mozzarell’.
4) Finally, the meal must be cohesive… if you took away the movie references, it should be dishes that make sense to be served together.
