Ingredients
2 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1-1/4 cups mayonnaise
2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
1-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
salt & pepper to taste
water biscuits
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spread evenly into a greased baking dish and bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until it’s golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with water biscuits.
