fresh raspberries

12 oz jars
raspberry jam, seedless

sponge cake

dark chocolate pudding

qt
heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
Mash 2 cups raspberries into jam. Set aside.
Cut cake into 1/2"-3/4" cubes and place a layer of cake at the base of trifle dish.
Add a layer of raspberry mixture followed by one of chocolate pudding and one of whipped cream.
Repeat each layer until you reach the top and garnish with remaining fresh raspberries.
