Black Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
  

  • • 1-1/2 black olives pitted
  • • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • • 2 tbsp capers
  • • 1 tbsp fresh parsley minced
  • • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until it reaches a smooth texture, about 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
