Fill sauce pot with 3-4” water and place over heat to bring to a rolling boil.
In a blender or food processor, add eggs, cottage cheese, cream, cheeses, salt & pepper, and hot sauce. Blend until smooth.
Coat the inside of Egglettes with melted butter. Place 2-3 cuts of bacon in each Egglette then pour egg mixture to the fill line of each. Add another piece of bacon and screw on lids.
Place filled Egglettes in boiling water. Cover pot and turn heat to medium, keeping the boil for 15 minutes.
Remove Egglettes from water and let sit for a minute before popping the eggs from the pod.
Place on an oven-safe tray and broil/toast on high until lightly golden, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
