Not Ho-Hum-mus! Roasted Red Pepper White Bean Hummus!

Ingredients
  

  • • 1 roasted red pepper chopped
  • • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • • 1 15 oz can white cannellini beans rinsed & drained
  • • 2 tbsp tahini sesame seed paste
  • • 1 tsp cumin
  • • 1/2 tsp salt
  • • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients EXCEPT oil to a blender or food processor and blend well.
  • Add oil and blend until smooth.
