Not Ho-Hum-mus! Roasted Red Pepper White Bean Hummus!

Ingredients
• 1 roasted red pepper
chopped
• 2 cloves garlic
minced
• 1 15 oz can white cannellini beans
rinsed & drained
• 2 tbsp tahini sesame seed paste
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients EXCEPT oil to a blender or food processor and blend well.
Add oil and blend until smooth.
