Orange & Fennel Chopped Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 fennel bulbs chopped
  • 2 oranges peeled & chopped small
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 3 tbsp sliced almonds
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add fennel, oranges, onion, and almonds. 
  • Season with salt & pepper. Add vinegar and oil. Toss and serve.
