Black Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
• 1-1/2 black olives
pitted
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 2 tbsp capers
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley
minced
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
• salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until it reaches a smooth texture, about 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
