Hollandaise Sauce in a MINUTE!

Ingredients
  

  • • 2 egg yolks
  • • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • • salt to taste
  • • 4 tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  • In a microwaveable bowl, add egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and melted butter, whisking continuously.
  • Microwave for 15-20 seconds.
  • Remove and whisk until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

You may want to add a bit more lemon juice if you like a tangier sauce.
