Hollandaise Sauce in a MINUTE!

Ingredients
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• salt to taste
• 4 tbsp butter
melted
Instructions
In a microwaveable bowl, add egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and melted butter, whisking continuously.
Microwave for 15-20 seconds.
Remove and whisk until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
You may want to add a bit more lemon juice if you like a tangier sauce.
